Normally we go to good ol' cheap Wal-mart to get our Christmas tree, but I called around and found a place up in the forest that was less expensive and we could cut down our own tree. It was a cold day, but Chase was surprisingly ok with being bundled up and looking through hundreds and thousands of trees until we finally decided on one. It was a lot of fun and we will have to see if we are still up to it next year when we have 2 little boys to be worrying about.

I just have to say what a cute picture. What tree farm did you end up going to? We usually go to the Indian Rock Tree Farm, we get the silver tips there. They also have a beautiful stream there that my boys love to see. This year because I have been sick I sent Greg to go buy a prelit tree at Walmart. It was nice to get it up, but not the same as getting a real tree.
